linexo - you and your bike

linexo is the app for those who enjoy riding their bikes. As a digital multitool, it provides you with various functions and services related to mobility, lifestyle, and protection:

• Recording: With the recording function, you can track your rides like a speedometer and save them in the app. Simply activate it, start riding, and then check your activities or revisit past routes.
• Locate Services: This feature shows you various services near you. Depending on your needs, you can choose from E-bike charging stations, partner workshops, tube vending machines, bike-friendly accommodations, rescue points, or police stations. The results will be displayed on the map for you to select a destination and easily navigate through the app. Feel free to mark your favorites for planning and executing your next tour.
• Bike Passport: In the linexo app, you can create and manage bike passports for all bicycles and e-bikes/pedelecs for free and unlimited. For insured customers, bike data is directly imported from the customer portal. You can also upload invoices and photos for each bike or e-bike. In case of theft or damage, download the information as a PDF for quick access.
• Pick-up Service: Use the app to request our pick-up service for your bikes directly. Our breakdown service will collect you and your bike, taking you to a workshop or returning you to the starting point of your tour. Additionally, even without protected/insured bikes, you can use the pick-up service free of charge for 6 months.
• Digital Customer Card: With an insured bike, your digital customer card is always available in the app. Customer number and our support are just a click away.
• Report Damage: Are you a linexo customer with damage to report? Easily upload all information and receipts in the app to quickly report repairs or theft to us.
• Get Insurance: Want to protect your beloved bike? Simply create the desired bike in the app and then directly purchase insurance coverage there.
• Guidebook: Under "Guidebook," you'll find various articles, trends, and tips about your bike. Stay well-informed and discover new highlights for yourself.
• Recommend linexo: If you appreciate the insurance coverage or the app itself, use the recommendation features within the app to share it with others. We also welcome your feedback through the rating function or directly here in the store.
